About Me

A booking is confirmed only after a non-refundable deposit is paid. The deposit secures the date and time exclusively for the client.

The full balance must be cleared on or before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated early.

Coverage is based on the agreed hours. Any extra time requested will attract additional charges.

Edited photos/videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe, depending on the package and workload.

All editing is done in SK Photography's professional style. Raw (unedited) files are not provided unless agreed separately.

The client is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination, access to venues, and cooperation during the shoot.

In the rare event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.

SK Photography retains copyright ownership. The client is granted personal use rights. Commercial use requires written consent.

SK Photography reserves the right to use photos/videos for portfolio, marketing, and social media, unless the client objects in writing.

Transport, accommodation, and location fees (if any) shall be covered by the client unless stated otherwise.

SK Photography shall not be held liable for events beyond control (e.g. weather, accidents, government restrictions).
